Original Tasting Notes
Colour: Bright, pale yellow with golden hints.
Bouquet: Ripe, intensely concentrated aromas of vanilla and stone fruits infused with citrus, complemented by subtle toasty oak.
Palate: Round mouth filling biscuity lees and stonefruit, a textured structure with citrus acidity, a degree of toasty smoky oak and lasting crisp finish.
Food Match: White meats and cheeses.
Cellaring: Ideally enjoyed as a young wine but may reward with cellaring.
