2024 Hawkes Bay Chardonnay
Colour: Vibrant golden hay, with yellow tones.
Bouquet: Fragrant citrus, complex flint and smoke aromas
Palate: Fine grained and generous oak which blends into a soft mealy and biscuit mouthful. All there but in proportion.
Food Match: Definitely salmon on rich creamy pasta time.
Now aged a little for you – a great contrast to the newest Chardonnay currently on release
