NEW Zealand Soju
Korea’s favourite spirit, with a distinctly New Zealand twist.
Korea’s most celebrated spirit, Soju is an easy to sip, finely crafted distilled liquor, with a crisp and clean flavour.
Soju is best enjoyed with friends, served cold, and neat, usually in a shot or small glass, or with beer in a drink known as Somaek. Enjoy alongside Korean barbeque, kimchi or other bold flavoured food.
About our Soju
Soju is traditionally made with rice, but can also be made with other grains and fruits. Our Park Family Soju is made from grapes, using a by-product of the New Zealand wine industry.
We take the alcohol that is removed when alcohol free wine is made. It is then sweetened with New Zealand Manuka honey, for a distinctly Kiwi twist on this Korean favourite.
Park Family Soju is crafted by the makers of Volcanic Hills Wines, made in Rotorua at the base of Mount Ngongotaha.
