Bouquet: Mature rich soft chocolate mocha coffee, with hints of dark Almond.
Palate: Well aged mature ripe cherry, subtle hints of dried herb, Blueberry and Raspberry. A packed wine when made, specifically displaying the richness of a tannin driven year. The oak is balanced with soft prime fruit tones to enjoy on a cold night.
Food Match: Beef, especially good with Rare Venison and/or Wild Pork.
